Service Description
A 1-on-1 fitness training session is a fully personalized workout experience designed to meet you exactly where you are and take you where you want to go. You’ll work directly with a certified trainer who tailors every exercise, cue, and progression specifically to your goals—whether that’s building strength, losing weight, improving mobility, boosting athletic performance, or simply developing a healthier routine. Each session focuses on proper form, safe technique, and intentional movement, ensuring you get the most out of every minute. Your trainer will guide you through warm-ups, targeted strength and conditioning work, and a cool-down designed to support recovery. Along the way, you’ll get real-time feedback, motivation, and a structured plan that grows with you. This is your time—custom, focused, and distraction-free. With 1-on-1 training, you’re not just working out; you’re building confidence, accountability, and long-term fitness habits that actually stick.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Booking Policy Clients may book classes or training sessions through our online scheduling system at any time, as long as space is available. All bookings must be made under the client’s own account to ensure accurate attendance and communication. Payment is required at the time of booking unless the client has an active membership or class package. Clients should arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class starts to check in, warm up, and avoid disruptions. Cancellation Policy To avoid being charged, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the start of class or session. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) will result in: A lost class credit for package holders, or A late-cancel fee for membership holders (fee amount determined by your pricing plan). No-shows will automatically be charged a no-show fee or lose a class credit. We understand emergencies happen—if there are special circumstances, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Waitlist Policy When a class is full, clients can join the waitlist at no charge. If a spot opens up, clients will be automatically added to the class and notified by email or text (depending on account settings). If you are moved from the waitlist into class within 12 hours of the start time, please only attend if you can commit. If you cannot attend, you must manually remove yourself to avoid no-show penalties. Clients on the waitlist should be prepared to join with short notice—if you no longer want the spot, remove yourself from the waitlist to free it for others. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot, but most clients are added when others cancel early. Additional Notes We reserve the right to cancel or adjust classes as needed. Clients will be notified immediately and refunded or credited accordingly. Consistent no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions to ensure fairness for all participants.
